Request for General Contractor Prequalification Submittals - NCSU B121 Burlington Lab Renovation North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for the B121 Burlington Lab Renovation project located on North Campus. This project renovates 4,163 square feet of vacated shop space in the basement into wet-research labs in Burlington Labs (built 1953, with a 1973 addition) to accommodate three new faculty researchers. The project includes architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing scope.
