ECU Old Cafeteria Replacement Steam Manhole & Condensate Piping Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 PM on 4/28/2026, in ECU Facilities Administration Conference Room located at 1001 E. 4th Street, Greenville, NC, for the construction of Old Cafeteria Replacement Steam Manhole & Condensate Piping project, SCO ID# 22-24436-01B at which time and place bids will be opened and read. Pre-Bid meeting will be on 04/15/2026 at 2:00 PM at the ECU Facilities Engineering & Architectural Services Annex Conference Room. Project includes the replacement of approximately 200 LF of temporary steam condensate hose located in walkable tunnel, and replacement of steam and condensate piping located in an existing manhole. Anticipated construction is May 11th, 2026 through August 7th, 2026.
