The Durham City Council will hold a public hearing on May 4, 2026, at a meeting starting at 7 p.m. to hear the following requests: Annexations Enclave at Little Creek (BDG2500008) non-contiguous voluntary annexation of a portion of one parcel and another parcel totaling 47.85 acres located at 5524 and 5515 George King Rd. 1418 South Miami (BDG2500011) contiguous voluntary annexation of two parcels totaling 3.44 acres located at 1404 and 1418 S. Miami Blvd. 1735 Fletchers Chapel Road (BDG2500012) non-contiguous voluntary annexation of one parcel totaling 0.83 acres located at 1735 Fletchers Chapel Rd. Experience Reality Glenn West (BDG2500017) contiguous voluntary annexation of seven parcels and a portion of an eighth totaling 25.949 acres located at 4007, 4009A, 4009B, 4011, 4013, 4015A, 4015B, 4019, 4021, 4023, and a portion of 4026 Glenn Rd. Zoning Change Enclave at Little Creek (Z2500011) change Residential Suburban-20 (RS-20) and Falls/Jordan Watershed Overlay District B (F/J-B), County jurisdiction to Partial REID 232242, Planned Development Residential 5.006 (PDR 5.006), REID 140495, Residential Suburban-20 (RS-20) and Falls/Jordan Watershed Overlay District B (F/J-B), City jurisdiction located at 5524 and 5515 George King Rd. 1735 Fletchers Chapel Road (Z2500020A) change Residential Rural (RR) and Falls/Jordan Watershed Overlay District B (F/J-B), County jurisdiction to Residential Rural (RR) and Falls/Jordan Watershed Overlay District B (F/J-B), City jurisdiction located at 1735 Fletchers Chapel Rd.
