TOWN OF CHAPEL HILL PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE AWARD OF AN INCENTIVE GRANT Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Town Council of the Town of Chapel Hill, North Carolina on April 15, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Council Chambers located at 405 M.L.K. Jr Blvd, Chapel Hill, North Carolina to consider the award of an incentive grant under the Town's Economic Development Grant Program of an in-kind parking credit in an amount not to exceed and up to $280,000, to be paid in five annual payments at a maximum credit of $56,000 per year, based upon Chapel Hill Ventures LLC projected capital investment of $28,000,000 as outlined in a proposed economic development agreement. This notice is published pursuant to the provisions of N.C. General Statute 158-7.1.
