Town Of Chapel Hill Public Hearing On May 6th, 2026 at 6pm, the Chapel Hill Town Council will hold a public hearing in the Council Chamber at 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Chapel Hill NC 27514, to consider a request to permanently close a public drainage easement at 1301 Fordham Blvd. This area exists at the southern corner of the intersection of Ephesus Church Rd and Fordham Blvd, and measures 94-ft long with an area of 689-sq.ft. Council may act on the requested closure during the regular Council Meeting scheduled for that night.
