ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00pm on April 22, 2026, in the Fayetteville-Cumberland Regional Entrepreneur and Business HUB, 1073 Murchison Road, Fayetteville, NC for the construction of the Lyons Science Annex BAS Migration project at Fayetteville State University at which time and place bids will be opened and read. The project scope of work to upgrade the existing HVAC controls in Lyons Science Annex building for the equipment serving the building. The project shall be constructed in compliance with North Carolina State Building Code as well as Fayetteville State University and NC SCO Guidelines. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00am on April 9, 2026, at Facilities Conference Room, Fayetteville State University, 1200 Murchison Rd, Fayetteville, NC. Bids will be received for single prime bid contracts.
