Loving Company, as Construction Manager at Risk, is seeking proposals from pre-qualified subcontractors for furnishing labor, equipment and materials for the Hobbton High School Replacement project located at 12201 Hobbton Hwy, Newton Grove, North Carolina, 28366. Historically underutilized and minority business participation is strongly encouraged. Sealed proposals will be received from pre-qualified bidders only on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. up to 3:00 p.m. in Sampson County Schools (Building A), Main Conference Room, 437 Rowan Road, Clinton, NC 28328 and immediately thereafter officially opened and publicly read aloud. Refer to Bid Manual for specific bidding procedures; proposals not meeting these requirements will not be accepted. All proposals shall be Lump Sum. Bid Packages will be bid and awarded in accordance with North Carolina law. Bid Packages which cannot be opened initially will subsequently be readvertised and rebid on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Sealed bids may be delivered to the office of T.A.
