Public Notice Durham Housing Authority Opens Waitlists for Stride at Momentum The Housing Authority of the City of Durham (DHA) will open the wait list for Stride at Momentum. Stride at Momentum will offer 21 units subsidized with Project Based Voucher Assistance. Applications will be accepted online only at https://ncdurham.tenmast.com/apply/. The waitlists will open Monday, March 23, 2026, at 8:30 am and close Friday, April 3, 2026 at 5:00 pm. Households that meet eligibility requirements, including income limits, are encouraged to apply.
