Public Comment Period & Public Hearing: 2026-2027 Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan and Prior Annual Action Plans The Chapel Hill Town Council held an initial public hearing on November 12, 2025 and will hold a second public hearing to review program performance and receive resident input on the draft 2026-27 CDBG funding plan, Annual Action Plan, and the draft amended 2022-2023 and 2025-2026 Annual Action Plans during the Town Council meeting at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Chapel Hill NC 27514. The Action Plan and funding plan decide how the Town will spend federal CDBG money for the next year.
