Prequal Advertisement TA Loving-Blum-Metcon have been selected in a tri-venture as the Construction Manager @ Risk by The Centennial Authority and is seeking to pre-qualify construction trade contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment and tools for Phase 2 of the Lenovo Center Enhancements project in Raleigh, NC. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Phase 2 will consist of interior & exterior improvements to the existing 680,000 SF within the existing Lenovo Center in Raleigh, NC. Improvements include upgrades to concessions areas, retail areas, back-of-house areas, gathering areas & premium spaces. Exterior modifications consist of additions to the existing building, a new storage building, and modifications to parking areas. Principal trade contractors are solicited for the following bid packages: BP0100 General Trades BP0174 Final Cleaning BP0300 Concrete BP0920 Drywall, EIFS, Exp Joints & Framing BP1022 Operable Partitions BP1140 Kitchen Equipment & Appliances BP1420 Conveying Systems (Elevator & Escalators) BP1425 Conveying Systems (Lifts) BP2100 Fire Protection BP2200 Plumbing BP2300 HVAC BP2600 Electrical, Data, LV, AV & Fire Alarm BP3100 Earthwork & Utilities BP3231 Fencing Additional packages may be added and deleted by the Owner & Construction Manager. TA Loving-Blum-Metcon has a long-standing commitment to maximize minority and other HUB participation on all our projects, and we recognize the importance The Centennial Authority places on minority and HUB participation. There is an established 10% MWBE participation goal on this project. Historically underutilized and minority business participation is strongly encouraged. If MWBE subcontractors require assistance with bonding or payment terms, please let us know. TA Loving-Blum-Metcon has the ability to create custom solutions to support a successful project outcome. Examples of Trade Partner Support include quick pay arrangements, modified insurance limits, bonding access or alternative bonding solutions, joint check agreements, prequalification assistance, disaggregation of bid packages, alternate options for financial statements prequalification requirements, break out of materials and equipment to support cash flow. Prequalification forms can be obtained through our online plan room at https://www.flblum.com/subcontractors/. Completed prequalification forms should be submitted to Lauren by April 24, 2026.
