Prequal Advertisement TA Loving-Blum-Metcon have been selected in a tri-venture as the Construction Manager @ Risk by The Centennial Authority and is seeking to pre-qualify construction trade contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment and tools for Phase 2 of the Lenovo Center Enhancements project in Raleigh, NC. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Phase 2 will consist of interior & exterior improvements to the existing 680,000 SF within the existing Lenovo Center in Raleigh, NC. Improvements include upgrades to concessions areas, retail areas, back-of-house areas, gathering areas & premium spaces. Exterior modifications consist of additions to the existing building, a new storage building, and modifications to parking areas.
