No proposals will be accepted after the official time and date. SITE VISIT: A SITE VISIT will be held at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time, on April 14, 2026, located at the Triangle WWTP 5926 NC Hwy 55 E, Durham NC 27713. An electronic copy of this Request for Proposal (RFP) can be obtained from Durham County's eBid System located under Bid Opportunities https://dconc.gov/Finance/Purchasing/Bid-Opportunities.
