BEGINNING OF REVIEW Notice Certificate of Need Application Applicant, Project Description, and Estimated Capital Cost: Prosser Public Hospital District dba Prosser Memorial Health (PMH) was issued Certificate of Need #1943 on September 19, 2022. The certificate approved the relocation of the hospital to 200 Prosser Health Drive in Benton County. On October 20, 2025, PMH submitted an amendment application due to cost overruns with the approved project. The estimated capital expenditure associated with the amended Certificate of Need application is $97,852,200. Public Hearing: No public hearing will be conducted on this project.
