FY 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan Public Meetings & Public Hearing The City of Raleigh Housing and Community Development Department will hold two public meetings and one Public Hearing to gather input on the draft Annual Action Plan (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027). Public Meeting #1: Tuesday, March 17th, 2026 – 6:00-7:00 PM Chavis Community Center – Reception Hall 505 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, 27601 Public Meeting #2 (Virtual): Thursday, March 19th, 2026 – 6:00-7:00 PM Visit the City's website (Community Development Reports and Documents section) for the meeting link. Public Hearing (pending City Council authorization): Tuesday, April 7th, 2026 – 7:00 PM City of Raleigh Council Chambers, Raleigh Municipal Building 222 W. Hargett St, Raleigh, NC 27601 These sessions provide an opportunity for residents to share input on housing and community development priorities affecting low- and moderate-income households. Public feedback will inform the development of the final FY 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan, which guides the City's use of federal and local funds, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds, as well as related local funds. The draft Plan is available on the City's website for a 30-day review and comment period through April 15th.
