PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The Town of Zebulon will hold a public meeting to receive comments regarding its intent to apply for a grant from the North Carolina Parks and Recreation Trust Fund (PARTF). The meeting will be held on March 23, 2026 between 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM at the Creative Cup (113 N Arendell Ave, Zebulon, NC 27597). The Town intends to submit a grant application to the Parks and Recreation Trust Fund for Gill Street Park - Phase 1. The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public about the proposed project and to gather public input prior to submission of the grant application.
