Revised Notice to Bidders Blum Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by NC State University and will receive and publicly open sealed proposals from prequalified bidders for the construction of Phase 4B of the University Towers Residence Hall project in Raleigh, NC. Sealed bids will be delivered to NCSU's Administrative Services III Building (2601 Wolf Village Way, Raleigh, NC 27607) and then read aloud. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: NC State's ongoing renovations of the University Towers student housing building are underway. This phase of the work includes interior patching and painting of walls and ceilings, as well as sitework renovations to the surface lot and underground storm water piping for Summer 2026. The bid opening process will be as follows: Thursday, March 19, 2026: Bids will need to be dropped off in the Lobby at NCSU's Administrative Services III Building (2601 Wolf Village Way, Raleigh, NC 27607). All sealed bids will be required to be placed in a sealed envelope labeled with the required details listed in the bid manual. Receipt of bids will officially close at 1:00pm – No bids or supplemental documents will be accepted after the bid closing.
