The Durham City Council will holda public hearingon April 6, 2026, at a meeting starting at 7 p.m. to hear the following requests:
Zoning Changes
Preserve at Infinity (Z2500008) change Residential Suburban-20 (RS-20) and Eno District B (E-B) Watershed Protection Overlay to Planned Development Residential 6.185 (PDR 6.185) and Office and Institutional with a development plan (OI(D)) and Eno District B (E-B) Watershed Protection Overlay located at 401 and 301 Infinity Rd.
Top Golf Durham Mixed Use Phase 2 (Z2500017) change Industrial Park (IP) and Major Transportation Corridor I-40 (MTC I-40) to Commercial General with a textual development plan (CG(D)) and Major Transportation Corridor I-40 (MTC I-40) located at 4840 Topgolf Way.
