Margaret Lane, Suite 300, Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278, Attn: Orange County Purchasing for the construction/renovation of the following: Orange County Public Transportation Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 131 W. Margaret Lane, Conference Room 302, Hillsborough, NC 27278, on March 19, 2026. Scope of Work: The project includes purchasing and installing electric vehicle charging stations at the Orange County Public Transportation Building located at 606 NC Hwy 86, North Hillsborough, NC 27278. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held for bidders on March 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Orange County Asset Management Services Building Conference Room, 306 Revere Road, Hillsborough, NC 27278. A Site Tour will be held immediately following the pre-bid meeting at 570 NC Hwy 86 North, Hillsborough, NC 27278. Following the meeting, bidders may only visit the site by appointment.
