Request For General Contractor Prequalification Submittals - Talley Student Union Glycol Chiller Replacement North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for improvements to the Talley Student Union Glycol Chiller Replacement, located on Main Campus. The project scope includes the replacement of the existing glycol refrigeration system serving building walk-in freezers/coolers, transitioning to a chilled water/glycol configuration. Phased construction in an active dining facility with zero service interruption is required. A qualification application document must be submitted by 5:00 PM, March 23, 2026 to Mike Bell, project manager, by email only. No hard copies will be accepted.
