LEGAL NOTICE: In accordance with federal and state records retention requirements, East Wake Academy will destroy special education records of former students who exited special education services on or before February 25, 2019. Special education records may include Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), evaluation reports, eligibility documentation, and related service records. Former students or parents/guardians who wish to obtain copies of these records prior to destruction must submit a written request to East Wake Academy within thirty (30) days of this notice.
