NOTICE TO TRADE SUBCONTRACTORS ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID: Sealed proposals will be received by Balfour Beatty Construction for the new Wake County Public Schools System – Athens Drive High School HVAC Chiller Piping in Raleigh, NC Bids for the following packages will be opened on March 24th 2026 at 2:00PM: BP-01A General Trades, BP-03A Concrete, BP-09E Flooring, BP-23D Mechanical. All bids will be received and opened publicly on a platform and location to be determined and noted in the bid manual. Bids will not be accepted from bidders that are not pre-qualified. Historically Underutilized Businesses are encouraged to participate; however, the firm must be certified by the Office for Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB Office) through the Statewide Uniform Certification (SWUC) program. You may begin the certification process at the following website: http://www.doa.nc.gov/hub/ The HUB Outreach Meeting for the project will be on March 5th, 2026 at 3:00PM.
