ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Morrisville High School, Phase 3 & 4 Morrisville, NC TA Loving, as Construction Manager at Risk, is seeking proposals from pre-qualified subcontractors and vendors for furnishing labor, equipment, and materials for the Morrisville High School – Phase 3 & Phase 4 project located at 6333 Little Drive, Morrisville, North Carolina, 27560. Phase 3A packages include Concrete (BP-0300), Structural Precast (BP-0330), Structural Steel (BP-0500), Metal Panels (BP-0750), Electrical (BP-2600), Sitework (BP-3100), and H-piles (BP-3163). Historically underutilized and minority business participation is strongly encouraged. Sealed proposals will be received from pre-qualified bidders only on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. up to 3:00 p.m. in the Facilities Design & Construction Main Conference Room located at 5625 Dillard Drive, Cary, NC 27518 and immediately thereafter officially opened and publicly read aloud. All proposals shall be Lump Sum. Bid Packages will be bid and awarded in accordance with North Carolina law. Sealed bids may be delivered to the office of T.A. Loving Company at 3600 Glenwood Avenue, Suite 150, Raleigh, NC 27612 provided they are received no later than Noon the day of the bid. T A Loving is not responsible for late deliveries.
