NOTICE OF MEETING The 2026 Wake County Board of Equalization and Review will hold its first meeting to hear any and all taxpayers who own or control taxable property assessed for taxation in the County as of January 1, 2026. The meeting will be held in the Wake County Commons Building, Lower Level, 4011 Carya Dr. Raleigh, North Carolina, on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Dates and times of subsequent meetings will be published on wake.gov/tax. Said Board expects to adjourn from accepting further valuation hearing requests at its meeting on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. Requests for hearing must be either postmarked or received electronically by 11:59 p.m. local time on this final adjournment date. If a later adjournment be required, such notice of adjournment shall be published in this newspaper prior to the aforementioned date.
