Thomas and Hutton, on behalf of property owner Comprop LLC, applied to rezone a 1.98-acre site located at 1165 Weaver Dairy Road The application includes a multi-family residential and non-residential mixed-use development up to 12 units. The conditional zoning applies to the parcel identified as Orange County Property Identifier Number 9880350595.
