LEASE OF COUNTY PROPERTY The County of Durham proposes to lease the following properties located at 3825 S. Roxboro Road, Durham, NC 27713. Suites 140 and 141 with an initial term of seven years and a three year option, and an annual rental rate of $64,000.00, escalating at an annual rate of 3%. Suite 118 with an initial term of seven years and a three year option, and an annual rental rate of $32,000.00, escalating at an annual rate of 3%. Suite 134 with an initial term of eight years, and an annual rate of $32,000.00, escalating at an annual rate of 3%. Suite 126 with an initial term of eight years, and an annual rate of $35,014.00, escalating at an annual rate of 2%. All persons interested in these matters are invited to attend the meeting of the Durham County Borad of Commissioners to be held in the Commissioners' Room, Durham County Administrative Office Building I, 200 E.
