PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BID North Carolina Sheriffs' Association First Responder Supplies & Equipment Procurement Program Bid 27-04-0520 Program Updates: To receive updates, go to https://ncsheriffs.org/procurement, and click on the "Click Here to Register" link within the "Register Online to Become a Procurement Vendor with NCSA" block and complete the form. When completing the form, you will need to select ''First Responder Supplies and Equipment - North Carolina Sheriffs' Association". The NCSA will extend all contracts currently held under Bid 26-03-0521 for one additional year upon mutual agreement in addition to going out to bid under Bid 27-04-0520 for first responder supplies and equipment not currently held under contract. Both contracts will be effective June 18, 2026 – June 17, 2027. Pre-Bid Conference Date: The Pre-Bid Conference will be held via Zoom on February 27, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm EST for all vendors who intend on submitting a bid package for Bid 27-04-0520. Meeting materials and log-in information will be provided to all who RSVP to amartin@ncsheriffs.net by February 20, 2026. Bid Submittals: The bid period will open on April 22, 2026, and close at 12 noon EST on May 20, 2026. All pricing and required bid documents must be uploaded in the Association's online bid system, VendorLink, for the bid to be considered.
