Pre-Bid Conference Date: The Pre-Bid Conference will be held via Zoom on February 27, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm EST for all vendors who intend on submitting a bid package for Bid 27-07-0520. Meeting materials and log-in information will be provided to all who RSVP to amartin@ncsheriffs.net by February 20, 2026. Bid Submittals: The bid period will open on April 22, 2026, and close at 12 noon EST on May 20, 2026. All pricing and required bid documents must be uploaded in the Association's online bid system, VendorLink, for the bid to be considered.
