ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026, in the conference room of the East Carolina University Facilities Engineering and Architectural Services Office, 1001 East Fourth Street, Greenville, NC 27858, at which time and place bids will be opened and read for the construction of: East Carolina University Brewster Building – Wing A Restroom Renovations SCO #: 25-29138-01A An open meeting will be held for all interested bidders and vendors on Thursday, February 12th, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the conference room of the East Carolina University Facilities Engineering and Architectural Services Office, 1001 East Fourth Street, Greenville, NC 27858. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms. A site visit will be conducted thereafter. The meeting is also to identify preferred brand alternates and their performance standards that the owner will consider for approval on this project. In accordance with GS133-3 and SCO procedures, the following items are being considered by the Owner for this project: 1. Proprietary Door Hardware – Corbin Russwin (Locksets) 2. Proprietary Door Hardware – LCN (Closers) Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained in hard copy from Progressive Architecture Engineering P.C., 409 Evans Street, Suite C.
