REQUEST FOR BID NOTICE Single Prime Bids for the construction of the HVAC and Elec Renovation of Ayden Middle School, Ayden, NC, will be received from Mechanical contractors until 1:30 PM on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at the Pitt County Schools Facilities Maintenance Office, 300 Sylvania St, Winterville, NC 28590. Bids will thereafter be publicly opened and read aloud in the Maintenance Office Conference Meeting Room. Questions regarding qualifications or other inquiries should be made to Engineering Source of NC, PA, 102-A2 Regency Blvd, Greenville, NC, telephone 252-439-0338, during normal business hours. Pitt County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting at 3:30pm at the school on February 4, 2026.
