DUPLIN COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2022 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION PROGRAM GRANT # 21-C-4011 Notice is hereby given that the Duplin County Board of Commissioners will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, February 2, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the meeting agenda will allow, in the County Commissioners Meeting Room located at 224 Seminary Street, Kenansville, NC. The purpose of this Public Hearing is to consider a program amendment to the county's 2022 CDBG-NR program. The proposed amendment would reallocate $200,000 from the Rehabilitation activity to the Public Facilities activity and request an additional $1,925,000 to support total public facilities improvements. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend this public hearing, and all comments are welcome.
