ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Monteith Construction has been selected as CMAR for the Zebulon Fire and EMS Station and is inviting qualified contractors to submit bids for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the Zebulon Fire & EMS Station for the following bid packages: BP27A – Low Voltage, BP28A – Electronic Security Project description: The project consists of the construction of an approximately 24,000 square foot Fire and EMS station for the Town of Zebulon and Wake County EMS, consisting of five apparatus bays, offices, restrooms, bunk rooms, training space, and support facilities.
