ADVERTISEMENT FOR PREQUALIFICATION Brasfield & Gorrie is accepting prequalification documentation from trade contractors for the Wake County WakeBrook Building 107 Behavioral Health Renovations for Bid Packages. This project is located on the WakeBrook Campus in Building 107 in Raleigh, NC. This phase 2 renovation will become the new Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) program for RI International. This 12,200 sf renovation includes selective demolition, upgraded interior finishes and a 1,248 sf food service kitchen complete with exterior improvements for the installation of a new grease trap. This project also includes minor modifications on level 2 for the addition of a seclusion room to support their facility based crisis unit.
