Proposal Request The Person County Partnership for Children (PCPFC), a local Smart Start agency, is seeking proposals for agencies or individuals interested in providing Smart Solution programs, interventions, or strategies that support the quality and availability of childcare, family support services, and health initiatives in Person County. The Smart Solutions catalog can be reviewed at smartsolutionscatalog.com. Services will be provided July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029, with funding approved on an annual basis per fiscal year (July 1-June 30). PCPFC may amend or terminate contracts in the event of noncompliance, changes in scope of work, or change in the availability of funds. Completed applications with required documentation must be submitted to PCPFC no later than 5:00 pm, on February 12, 2026.
