Request for Bid Proposals Wake Technical Community College is currently seeking bid proposals for this construction project: NCCCS# 2284 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENTS, GROUP 6: MULTIPLE CHILLER REPLACEMENTS 2025 This project will be as follows: Building HB, Perry Health Center Campus, Alternate #1. Existing chiller CH-2 will be replaced with a new 130-ton (nominal) air cooled chiller. Building SB, South Campus, Base Bid. Existing chiller CH-2 will be replaced with a new 180-ton (nominal) air cooled chiller. Building SD, South Campus, Alternate #2. Existing chiller CH-1 will be replaced with a new 200-ton (nominal) air cooled chiller. The existing primary chilled water pump located at the chiller is to be replaced and will include a backup pump of equal size. Building SL, South Campus, Base Bid. Existing chiller CH-1 will be replaced with a new 200-ton (nominal) air cooled chiller. Additional work shall consist of all necessary demolition, electrical, new connections to support chillers, pumps, controls replacements and integration, and utility monitoring.
