ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 PM on 02/05/2026, in ECU Facilities Campus Operations Conference Room located at 1001 E. 4th Street, Greenville, NC, for the construction of S&T Building Preheat Coil Replacement project, SCO ID# 24-27607-01A at which time and place bids will be opened and read. Pre-Bid meeting will be on 01/22/2026 at 10:00 AM at the ECU Facilities Engineering & Architectural Services Annex Conference Room. Project includes phased replacement and relocation of existing steam pre-heat coils and pre-filter banks for six (6) air handling units (AHUs) in a mechanical penthouse of the Science and Technology Building, and replacement of undersized condensate return piping and associated duplex condensate return unit. Anticipated construction is March 13, 2026 through February 12, 2027.
