NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN CONCERNING THE STRUCTURE(S) LOCATED AT 700 Cooper Rd, RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA, REAL ESTATE ID NUMBER 0069862 AND PIN NUMBER 1723258008.
TAKE NOTICE:
I. Your failure to respond to a previous order to repair, vacate and close or demolish the unfit structure will be reported to the City Council at a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers, 222 W Hargett Street, Raleigh, NC 27601 on February 17, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.
II. In accordance to Part 10A, Chapter 11, Article 11.6, Section 11.6.12 of the Unified Development Ordinance Code for the City of Raleigh, North Carolina, entitled "Housing Code", the City Council will be requested to adopt an ordinance declaring the structure(s) unfit for human habitation; the use or occupation of this building for human habitation is prohibited and unlawful".
III. All costs associated with obtaining compliance with City Ordinances or Housing & Neighborhoods Orders including legal publications shall become a lien against the property in accordance with Part 10A, Chapter 11, Article 11.6, Section 11.6.14 of the Unified Development Ordinance Code for the City of Raleigh, North Carolina, entitled "Housing Code".
