NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING The Wake County Health & Human Services Board will consider amending its Regulations Governing Swimming Pools at the January 22, 2026 meeting at 7:30am. Public access to this meeting is available at the Health and Human Services Somerset Building, 4401 Bland Rd. Raleigh, NC 27609, Conference Room 1700, 1st Floor. The intent of the amendment is to update department name references due to reorganization within the county, align local regulations with NC Department of Health & Human Services technical guidance, and to reflect recent legislation changes. The proposed amended Regulations shall be effective upon adoption.
