NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Town of Holly Springs Town Council, on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 128 S Main Street, Holly Springs, North Carolina to receive comment on the following:
#25-REZ-02 A zone map change request filed by Curry Engineering to change the zoning of 32.7 acres from RR Rural Residential to NR CD: Neighborhood Residential Conditional Zoning District located at 0 & 7121 Rouse Road and is further described with the following Wake County PINs 0647477441 and portion of 0647465722. Conditional Zoning District information may be found at www.hollyspringsnc.gov/PublicHearings. A public hearing on a development agreement pursuant to NCGS §160D-1001 will be held on the development's proposed residential land uses. A copy of the development agreement may be obtained by emailing the town attorney at john.schifano@hollyspringsnc.gov or by requesting a copy at town hall.
#25-REZ-10 A zone map change request filed by Kimley-Horn to change the zoning of 44.1 acres from RR Rural Residential to NR CD: Neighborhood Residential Conditional Zoning District located at 5801 & 0 Duncan Cook Road and is further described with the following Wake County PINs 0646474950, 0646485396. Conditional Zoning District information may be found at www.hollyspringsnc.gov/PublicHearings. A public hearing on a development agreement pursuant to NCGS §160D-1001 will be held on the development's proposed residential land uses. A copy of the development agreement may be obtained by emailing the town attorney at john.schifano@hollyspringsnc.gov or by requesting a copy at town hall.
