Public Comment Period & Public Forum CDBG 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan & 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan Amendments Affordable Housing Town staff are considering amendments to the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and the 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025, and 2025-2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan. The draft amendment includes reallocation of funding to FY 2025-2026 public service and neighborhood revitalization projects and changes to the approved program plan activities. The Action Plan and funding plan decide how the Town will spend federal CDBG money for the next year, and the Consolidated Plan determines Town and Orange County priority areas for federal community development funding over the next five years. Town Council will hold a public forum to receive comments on the Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan Amendments during the Town Council meeting at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, January 21, 2025.
