QUASI-25-0010: Richard Robbins requests a variance to UDO Sec 3.3.5 of the Town of Morrisville Unified Development Ordinance to increase the allowable maximum setback encroachment for an addition to 152 Grande Drive; a property located at the south end of Grande Drive. The parcel is specifically identified as Wake County PIN 0754-37-9094.
This is a quasi-judicial hearing process. Any member of the public with standing that wishes to provide comment must be sworn in before speaking. The meeting will be conducted in person at 100 Town Hall Drive. Public comments can be provided in person at Town Hall, or by sending an email to publicinput@morrisvillenc.gov up to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Written comments should include the name and address of the commenter.
