Advertisement for Bids Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed "New Facility for Southern Nash Middle School" will be received by Nash County Public Schools in the Nash County Public Schools Auditorium at 930 Eastern Avenue, Nashville, NC 27856, until 3:00 pm, on January 22, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the New Facility for Southern Nash Middle School. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. An open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on January 7, 2026, at 10:00am in the Nash County Public Schools Auditorium at 930 Eastern Avenue, Nashville, NC 27856. This meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms. This meeting is also to identify Preferred Brand Alternates and their performance standards that the Owner will consider for this approval on this project.
