The Petition concerns surplus foreclosure proceeds in the amount of $214,740.74 arising from the foreclosure sale of 152 Annotto Bay Lane, Garner, NC 27529, Wake County foreclosure file 25SP000166-910. The Petition seeks a determination of all persons entitled to said surplus proceeds and distribution of any share that may be due to the heirs of Delquan Douglas, deceased, whose estate is pending in Wake County under Estate File No. 22E002838-910.
