PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE FOR THE TOWN OF WAKE FOREST CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN The public will take notice that the Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the proposed five (5) year Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) updated for FY 2026 - 2031. The public hearing is to receive comments on the proposed CIP Update. This will assist with the preparation of the FY 2026-2027 Annual Operating Budget. The hearing will take place during the Board of Commissioner's regularly scheduled meeting on December 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall at 301 S. Brooks Street. All interested citizens are invited to attend the hearing.
