The elongated building layout maximizes the site's constraints while integrating community-focused outdoor spaces. The west side includes an entry plaza, event lawn, shaded seating, community garden, and market space. The east side offers flexible areas for outdoor education and events, adjacent to a nature play area. Constructed on a slab-on-grade foundation with a steel frame, the building's exterior features a combination of curtain wall, storefront glazing, and architectural rainscreen for a modern, durable finish.
