CENTENNIAL AUTHORITY LENOVO CENTER FINANCIAL/BUDGET MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) The Centennial Authority (the "Authority") as owner of the Lenovo Center (the "Arena"), 1400 Edwards Mill Road, Raleigh, NC 27607, seeks proposals from qualified firms/vendors for the design installation servicing of a software solution addressing the Arena Financial Management and Budget Management Systems (the "Project"). Project specifications titled "Lenovo Center Financial/Budget Management and Implementation Services, Raleigh, N.C.", dated December 2, 2025, are available from Seth Larson, slarson@centauth.com. Prospective firms/vendors are invited to submit proposals for the design, installation and servicing of the Project. General responses, requests for the RFP and/or inquiries regarding specifications should be submitted electronically to slarson@centauth.com and jmerritt@centauth.com as soon as practical. Sealed Bids shall be delivered to Seth Larson, Centennial Authority Chief Finance Officer, at the Lenovo Center Centennial Office, 1400 Edwards Mill Road, Raleigh, NC, on or before 3:00 pm, January 9, 2026. Electronic copies of proposals may be requested following the bid opening date.
