NOTICE OF SALE Durham County Case #25SP000815-310 ECD Holding, Inc., executed a deed of trust, recorded on April 19, 2021 in Real Estate Book 9302, Page 217, Durham County Registry. Love Law Firm PC was named the trustee in said deed of trust. By document recorded in Real Estate Book 10361, Page 626, Durham County Registry, Gary Berman was substituted as trustee; he remains the trustee. Pursuant to an order of the Durham County Clerk of Superior Court, entered on November 25, 2025, and under the power and authority vested by said deed of trust, the trustee will sell the real property described in said deed of trust.
