Notice of Public Hearing FY2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) December 15, 2025 – 7:00 P.M. Durham City Council Chambers – City Hall 101 City Hall Plaza Durham, NC 27701 A Public Hearing will be held by the Durham City Council to receive citizen comments on the FY2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER details Durham’s anticipated performance with actual performance in meeting the priorities and objectives of its U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) approved Consolidated Plan using Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) funding. A digital copy of the CAPER is available on the City of Durham Housing & Neighborhood Services Department website located at https://www.durhamnc.gov/4607/HUD-Annual-Funding-Documents. The Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, December 15, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. during the Durham City Council Meeting.
