WOOLARD, Owners of a 2003 model 25' Seacraft 25SC outboard motor boat, Hull Identification Number: SXCRC966F203, North Carolina Registration Number: NC 1274 WU, her engines, tackle, apparel, appurtenances, etc. For Exoneration from and/or Limitation of Liability Notice is hereby given that Oscar E. Woolard and Cathy H. Woolard, Owners of a 2003 model 25' Seacraft 25SC outboard motor boat, Hull Identification Number: SXCRC966F203, North Carolina Registration Number: NC 1274 WU, her engines, tackle, apparel, appurtenances, etc. ("Vessel") have filed a Complaint for exoneration from or limitation of liability, civil and maritime, pursuant to 46 U.S.C. 30501, et seq., Rule F of the Supplementary Rules of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, for all losses, damages, injuries, deaths or destruction allegedly resulting from a August 22, 2025 voyage from the Washington Yacht and Country Club on Broad Creek and a August 22, 2025 incident which occurred in the Pamlico River, a navigable body of water as described more fully in Limitation Plaintiffs' Complaint. All persons having such claims must file their respective claims, as provided in Rule F of the Supplemental Rules of Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, with the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, Eastern Division, located at New Bern, North Carolina and serve on Limitation Plaintiffs' attorney, Stevenson L. Weeks, Wheatly Law Group, P.A., 710 Cedar Street, Beaufort, North Carolina 28516 on or before December 22, 2025 or be defaulted.
