UNC Chapel Hill Renovation Bid Request Sealed proposals will be received until 2 pm on December 18, 2025, in the Giles Horney Building, Persimmon Conference Room,103 Airport Dr, Chapel Hill, NC 27599, Attn: Quade Gallagher, for the construction of the House Undergraduate Library Renovations, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, at which time and place bids will be opened and read. The project is a 43,350-sf interior renovation which includes architectural improvements and MEP systems upgrades. An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders at 9 am on December 2, 2025, at the RB House Undergraduate Library, 203 South Road, Chapel Hill, NC 27599, room 205. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.
