Zoning Changes Leigh Village Center (Z2300042) change Residential Suburban-20 (RS-20), Falls/Jordan Watershed Protection Overlay District -B (F/J-B) and Major Transportation Corridor I-40 (MTC I-40), County jurisdiction to Compact Suburban District-Core with a development plan (CSD-C(D)), Compact Suburban District-Support 1 with a development plan (CSD-S1(D)), Compact Suburban District-Support 2 with a development plan (CSD-S2),Falls/Jordan Watershed Protection Overlay District -B (F/J-B) and Major Transportation Corridor I-40 (MTC I-40), City jurisdiction located at 5543, 5547, 5553, 5901, 5909 George King Rd., 5514, 5516, 5517, 5518, 5602 Wendell Rd. Hamlin Reserve (Z2400046A) change Residential Rural (RR), and Falls/Jordan District A (F/J-A), County jurisdiction to Residential Rural (RR) and Falls/Jordan District A (F/J-A), City jurisdiction located at 2503 and 2523 Hamlin Rd. 3306 Page Road (Z2500006) change Residential Rural (RR), County jurisdiction to Planned Development Residential 8.876 (PDR 8.876), City jurisdictionlocated at 3306 Page Rd. 3404 Page Road Amendment (Z2500010) amend the existing development plan for Z1700031, zoned Planned Development Residential 5.788 (PDR 5.788) located at 0, 1000 and 1002 Oak Mill Dr. Changes to the proposed actions may be made following the public hearing for each case.
