The Dillard Street – B & C project is part of a larger multi-family residential development located in Durham, North Carolina. The scope includes the new construction of multiple multi-family apartment buildings along with associated paved roadways and parking areas. Work includes sitework, concrete, masonry, structural steel framing, roofing, doors, windows, storefronts, finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical systems, and other elements as outlined in the contract documents. An MWBE training session on certification, prequalification, and accessing plans will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. An informational meeting will follow on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 9:30 AM via Zoom, with an in-person option available.
